"AC fix was way less stressful than I expected"
My AC wasn't cooling right and I reached out to theoceanac. The tech actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of just guessing or trying to sell me a bunch of parts I didnt need. He ended up being right about the issue, and after the repair it worked exactly like he said it would. I thought it was gonna be a much bigger headache, so I was relieved. Simple, honest, and they got it right.

They seemed nice enough, I guess, but I had to chase them twice and still didn’t get a proper update. Maybe they’re helpful once you actually get hold of them, but the lack of communication was frustrating.

"Took forever to get help"
I don’t know if they were short-staffed or just having an off day but the service took way too long and I ended up sitting there waiting and waiting, getting more annoyed by the minute, when all I really wanted was to get helped and move on with my day.

I had a mixed experience with theoceanac.com. The site itself works, but i felt like I had to dig around way too much just to find basic info that I personally expect to be clear upfront. For me, if I’m spending my money, I want to feel confident and like I can trust what I’m seeing. I didn’t fully get that feeling here. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I’d probably think twice before ordering again...

"Respectful and careful in my home"
The tech from The Ocean AC came by for a service call, and I was really happy with how careful he was inside the house. I had just cleaned the floors that morning because we had family over the weekend, so I noticed right away that he put on shoe covers, kept his tools on a mat, and wasn’t spreading stuff all over the place.

Before he left, he cleaned up after himself and put everything back the way it was, which I really appreciated. It’s a small thing, but that kind of respect for someone’s home matters to me. Easy 5 stars from me

"Decent place, but the vibe felt a bit off"
The place itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but my experience with the staff wasn’t the best. I asked a couple of simple questions and the replies were really short, almost like I was interrupting them. Maybe they were just having a busy or off day, but to me it didn’t feel very welcoming. Not a terrible experience, just not as friendly as I would’ve hoped.
